Return Policy
30-DAY RETURN PROTOCOL
We stand behind the quality and efficacy of NUVIO formulas. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations regarding consumable supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products where the safety seal has been broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SHIPPING LIABILITY & LOST PACKAGES
Please note: NUVIO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center and is scanned by the carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.), liability transfers to the carrier.

If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package: You must file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS).

If your package is lost in transit: Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.
While we are happy to assist you with tracking information, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for errors caused by the shipping carrier.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Requirement: Please include a photo of the damaged product/packaging in your email to info@nuviosupplements.com so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it immediately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Opened Consumables: Products where the hygiene seal has been broken.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
